SMP REPAIRS

HAD A BAD SMP EXPERIENCE?

We can help

If you think that you are saving by going to a cheaper place for your scalp micropigmentation …..think again !!!

You will end up paying for numerous laser sessions…..waiting 4-6 weeks between the sessions for the skin to heal….covering your head for all those weeks/months so your friends don’t see it. And then you will be looking for an experienced technician to fix the rest and blend it all in….is it worth it? Inexperienced providers and their technicians can make a range of different mistakes during a procedure, but there are two serious errors that keep turning up again and again. The wrong pigments applied to the scalp at the wrong penetration depth.

The problem is that these companies try to base their version of SMP on a tattooing technique, or a permanent makeup technique. So they buy tattoo ink or permanent makeup pigment, then use the same process to apply the pigment to the scalp. We are here to help you, find out more about our treatments.

Scalp Micropigmentation works well for both men and women of any ethnicity. At Black and white by DY every procedure is thoroughly tailored. Our Micropigmentation practitioners determine the appropriate pigment and technique that works best for each specific case. The average scalp needs roughly 2,000 microdots per square inch. The pain level is approximate to getting a tattoo; however, 90% of clients reports minimum to no discomfort during the procedure. Black and white by DY wants to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience.

WHAT TO DO AFTER A

BOTCHED SMP PROCEDURE?

Dealing with hair loss is very stressful, and the last thing you need is to completely lose your confidence due to an SMP procedure that has gone bad. Daniel Yerenburg is a professional who will get it right the first time because he is trained, licensed, and experienced in doing Scalp Micropigmentation. SMP is similar to head tattooing, but it is not the same. Scalp Micropigmentation has nothing to do with permanent makeup or regular tattooing. To get it right, you have to use special inks of the highest quality, as well as state of the art equipment.

We at Black and white by DY understand the displeasure and disappointment that comes with a botched Scalp Micropigmentation procedure. We are ready to fix the errors made by other inexperienced practitioners. We will deliver the results you expected, and deserved, in the first place.

HOW SMP PROCEDURES

GO BAD?

Since scalp micropigmentation has become quite popular, many tattoo artists, as well as permanent makeup experts, have started doing SMP. However, they are attempting this procedure without the proper training or the recommended equipment and inks. SMP is very different from tattoos and permanent makeup. For scalp micropigmentation, using the highest quality inks, choosing the right tone, and mixing the right dyes is the only way to achieve the desired results – natural looking hair.

The results will not look natural if the practitioner is inexperienced, if dyes are not correctly or if dot size is too large or too close together. SMP is highly specialized and requires specific training. An experienced hair professional knows that inks have to be placed much deeper in the scalp, rather than only a few layers under the skin. When it comes to dot size, only experts know that to achieve the natural look, the dot size must replicate the size of a hair follicle.
